Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly. If this happens, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Approval

  • The product must be returned in original condition

  • All accessories and packaging must be included

  • Damage caused after delivery is not covered


Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fee.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Free delivery (if applicable) is non-refundable.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are issued via bank transfer


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
